Intertek CEO André Lacroix recently visited Brazil, a vibrant, diverse and economically dynamic country with incredible potential – now and in the future. Brazil is the largest country in Latin America, and one of the fastest growing economies in the world.
Intertek is well positioned to take advantage of Brazil’s exciting growth, and our businesses there are going from strength to strength. We particularly proud of the investments we have made in JLA, entering the fast growing food testing sector and, more recently, Controle Analítico which broadened our service offering in the Environmental testing market.
By working every day to deliver our Science-based Customer Excellence, our colleagues in Brazil are helping to make the world a better and safer place.

- Intertek Brazil tests and analyses pesticides in baby food to help our clients protect the health and developing immune systems of the youngest babies.
During his visit, Andre also took time to meet some of our amazing colleagues, recognizing their long careers at Intertek as part of the Intertek 2023 AAA Awards.
