Discussing humanist leadership with the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS)

André Lacroix recently had the opportunity to share his humanist approach to leadership with the talented students and alumni at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS).

As one of Singapore’s oldest and most established institutions, MDIS is renowned for its vision to provide quality education and lifelong learning, equipping students with the vital skills needed to become the leaders of tomorrow in a globalised world.

André was humbled to be joined by 300 students and alumni on campus, along with participants tuning in from MDIS’s overseas campuses in Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan, all eager to gain deeper insights into his cutting-edge approach to leadership.

One of the most rewarding aspects of visiting universities, André shared, is hearing the views of current and future leaders. He finds it fascinating to see how leadership approaches evolve over time and to learn what the next generation expects from him and other global leaders.

The thoughtful questions raised by participants underscored the responsibility leaders have to lead with purpose and engage their entire workforce to enable organisations to thrive.

Appreciation is extended to all who attended.
