Championing Growth and Culture at Intertek Istanbul

In early May, André Lacroix travelled to Istanbul – a cosmopolitan city that buzzes with people and energy that has for centuries formed a bridge between continents and cultures.

While there, André had the opportunity to meet with over 100 leaders from across the business as part of an energising town hall where they took the time to celebrate the vital role they have played in accelerating Intertek’s growth throughout Türkiye.

In particular, André praised the local team for having fostered a strong culture that nurtures talent and allows it to thrive. This has enabled them to pursue bold, ambitious goals like turning Intertek’s Science-based Customer Excellence Advantage into a crucial point of differentiation and continued leadership in a highly competitive market.

As part of the event, André also met with the Product division leaders and the Intertek Caleb Brett team, who all work hard every day to drive innovation through their commitment to bringing quality, safety and sustainability to life.

The visit to Istanbul was a powerful reminder for André that the strength of Intertek’s amazing culture is embodied by the people who are the Group’s biggest asset.
