Celebrating 25 years of victorious Vietnam

André Lacroix recently visited Ho Chi Minh city, where he took part in a fantastic 25th anniversary celebration of Intertek‘s business in Vietnam, a country on an incredible growth journey.

André celebrated this special anniversary alongside 250 customers, dignitaries, and fellow colleagues, and was delighted to recognise 38 with individual “superhero” and long-service awards. He also honoured to meet with members of the Vietnamese government including Dao Ngoc Dung, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, who praised Intertek‘s ongoing work to support Vietnam.

25 years is a huge and meaningful milestone. During that time, the team in Vietnam has grown from a handful of individuals to over 700 people, in the process rapidly expanding the leading Total Quality Assurance offering to support a wide range of industries across the country.

At the same time, the winning combination of the 10X culture and science-based expertise have positioned Intertek as the undisputed Total Quality Assurance market leader in the country. Over the next 25 years, André is confident that they will continue to grow the offering and he looks forward to playing a continued role in supporting Vietnam to achieve its economic and sustainability goals.

André wants to thank all of his colleagues who created such a memorable event. He is just as excited as the rest of us about being a part of the next chapter in Vietnam’s successful development story.
