André Lacroix’s discussion with students at UC Irvine about Leadership with Soul

 

In early November 2022, André had the pleasure of speaking to a group of 80 students at UC Irvine about his book Leadership with Soul. They were able to discuss at length how his humanist principles have guided his everyday work and how these have inspired his leadership approach.

André finds meeting with future leaders and engaging with them on what good leadership looks like, to be a crucial element of what he is trying to accomplish with Leadership With Soul. If we are all to become ever better leaders, it is, in his view, incumbent on those currently in positions of responsibility to share their experiences and the lessons they have learned along the way.
