André hosted the latest 10X Leadership event in Italy, called The Retreat – a truly energising and humbling experience.

André brought together a remarkable group of Intertek senior leaders from across the globe to pause and reflect, each deeply committed to personal growth and unlocking the full potential of the Company.

Over the course of the week, the group explored what people-centred leadership really means, discussed how to continue growing as individuals, and reignited their shared ambition to lead with purpose – delivering quality, safety, and sustainability every day.

André emphasised the belief that businesses grow much faster when people inside the business invest time in their own personal growth. This wasn’t about lectures or presentations; it was about creating space for reflection, dialogue, and development. When leaders grow, businesses can grow.
