André Lacroix Visits Australia to Celebrate Excellence and Growth
André had the pleasure of visiting Intertek teams in Australia – an incredible country defined by excellence in innovation, science, and breakthrough technologies.
The journey began in Sydney, where André joined the Intertek SAI Global team for a town hall attended by over 150 colleagues, both in person and virtually. During this high-energy session, several colleagues were recognised for their outstanding performance and long service.
André congratulated Pauline Marvic Gan, Maria Occhiuto, Vishal Saraiya, Asim Faraz, Hussain Riaz, Lily Liu, Vincent Wang, and Chanice Wraith for receiving 10X Energy Awards, and Bavani Ganeshamoorthy, Shane McNeil, and Gerard Santa Maria for receiving Long Service Awards in recognition of 25 years dedicated to Intertek.
André also met with 260 employees – 100 of whom were present in person – at the Chatswood lab, marking the first time the team gathered since Envirolab Group joined Intertek earlier this year. This town hall was a fantastic opportunity to reaffirm shared purpose and celebrate successes already achieved together.
As part of the event, André spotlighted outstanding colleagues like Joshua Williams and Steven Luong, who received the Employee Excellence Award, and celebrated long-serving colleagues Timothy Toll, Michael Kubiak, Yarimkha Ojeda Celis, Chris Munro, and Aileen Hie, whose passion and dedication exemplify the strong culture that makes Intertek an amazing place to work.
André also visited the new Envirolab Perth laboratory for a tour and met with Intertek Minerals, Intertek Caleb Brett, and Industry Services teams. Every conversation reinforced what makes Intertek special – the drive, expertise, and shared purpose that unite people across Australia. It was inspiring to see teams delivering every day on the promise of ever-better quality, safety, and sustainability.
