Sharing Leadership with Soul Principles with students at the Escola Superior de Agricultura “Luiz de Querioz”
André Lacroix is always energised about the chance to connect with future leaders from across the globe. It was with real excitement therefore that André visited the prestigious Escola Superior de Agricultura “Luiz de Queiroz” in São Paulo, Brazil, earlier this year.
With a 100-year history of outstanding scientific and technical performance, the University is one of top agricultural schools in the world, renowned for its programmes that prepare nearly 3,400 undergraduate and graduate students each year for leading positions in the fields of Agricultural, Environmental, Biological, and Applied Sciences.
Through a dedicated leadership seminar, André shared insights with the students drawn from his book Leadership With Soul on how tomorrow’s leaders can stand out in a highly competitive job market, while answering thoughtful student questions on being heard, building leadership skills, and developing time management and networking habits early.
André also explored how to build organisational cultures that fuel continuous learning and innovation – vital for both educational institutions and all companies.
