Leaving a legacy

André Lacroix visited Manila earlier this month, the vibrant capital of the Philippines that has served for centuries as one of the world’s greatest ports, connecting networks of trade, knowledge, and cultures from the South China Sea to the western shores of the Americas.

It was a privilege for him to speak at the Asian Institute of Management, a pioneer in Asia for executive development programs with a strong focus on leadership.

Drawing on his experiences from inside the C-suite, he emphasised that legacy is the ultimate measure of good leadership. In today’s fast-paced society, only those leaders who achieve meaningful and enduring change will be remembered by history.
