Responsible leadership with National Economics University

Last month André Lacroix had the privilege of visiting the National Economics University (NEU) Vietnam to explore what makes a good leader with its students.

This dynamic institution is famous for its strong links with prestigious employers and professional bodies throughout Vietnam. It also has several partnerships with renowned business schools and universities across Europe, including André’s alma mater ESCP Business School, a leading establishment focused on teaching responsible leadership across its six European campuses.

André enjoyed debating ideas such as how to engage teams, the importance of emotional intelligence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace to motivate individuals to strive for excellence.

André was particularly touched by a question he was asked by a twelve-year-old boy in the audience. His question, simple yet profound, requested advice for children his age on how they could become effective leaders.
