An office for the future

During his recent trip to Australia, André Lacroix had the opportunity to reconnect with Intertek SAI Global colleagues at their fantastic state-of-the-art office in Sydney.

André is really proud of the team in Sydney as they have built an amazing office of the future, creating a collaborative environment that is all about providing flexible working that supports the team’s work/life balance whilst simultaneously reducing CO2 emissions.

In his book Leadership with Soul, André advocates for the role which good leadership can play in enabling an organisation to truly unleash its potential and create sustainable growth and value for all stakeholders.

He is convinced that if every team leader demonstrated good leadership in every workplace, the world will be a much better place for future generations!

The office in Sydney provides the right foundation for good leadership by recognising the importance of a more humanist approach to office work, stressing the fact that when it comes to office utilisation, we are all equals. André believes that this is how any team can create the ideal working environment to foster creative thinking and teamwork.
