Discussing practical leadership with Zuyd Hogeschool
Last week, André Lacroix had the opportunity to visit the Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and to share his 10 Leadership with Soul principles with over 100 students.
There was a fantastic sense of energy in the room as he talked to the students about some of the practical, real-world challenges that leaders face. He discussed his nearly three-decades spent in the C-suite and how this experience has helped to inform his unique, humanist approach to leadership.
Zuyd offers its students best-in-class practical training designed to prepare them for exciting careers in the world of business. Like André, the University believes that the 21st century will be about not just knowledge but applied knowledge.
It was really inspiring to see how many of the students connected with the stories he shared, leaving the event newly motivated to pursue their own individual journeys as the leaders of tomorrow.
Leading a global business requires a grasp of complexity, particularly as it concerns the human element which operates within every organisation. As well as focus and determination, it demands deep emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate people every day by getting them to invest themselves in your growth strategy.
André would like to thank all those who participated with enthusiasm, learned, and laughed during this amazing event as he discussed how to become a truly impactful leader of tomorrow.
