Celebrating People and Operational Excellence at Intertek Polychemlab

André recently visited Intertek Polychemlab in Geleen, alongside Ayush Dhital, where he joined colleagues for an engaging Town Hall focused on people, operational excellence and the opportunities for future growth.

The visit provided an opportunity to recognise the dedication and expertise of the Polychemlab team, whose commitment to delivering high standards and continuous improvement contributes to Intertek’s success.

A particular highlight was recognising Ernie van de Riet for his outstanding contribution. André praised his deep expertise, hands-on approach and commitment, highlighting the important role that talented and dedicated colleagues play in driving performance across the organisation.

During the visit, André also saw first-hand the team’s continued investment in the future of the laboratory, including a new HVAC system designed to improve temperature control and building safety while reducing Polychemlab’s carbon footprint.

 

 

Reflecting on the visit, André emphasised the importance of combining people, operational excellence and sustainable investment to support long-term business success.
